ATL Owning the Sensual/Sexual Self 10.22

This class will be taking place in person in Atlanta with an option to stream virtually via zoom. We will dive into the concepts of sensuality/sexuality and the impact it has on our overall well being. We will begin the class with a 15-20 minute discussion then i will take you through a series of exercises comprised of yoga poses, dancing, meditation and breathwork that will allow you to connect and honor this part of your self. As well as use it to ehance your quality of life, boost your confidence and shift the way you see your own beauty.
