This is a yoga and twerk infused class. I will start the class off with yoga poses and then we will transition into learning a twerk routine. This class is beginner friendly.

This class will be in person at Double Dutch Aerobics in Atlanta. Everyone will need to bring their own yoga mat. Please bring a mask as well. Be sure to read the refund and ticket policy. I look forward to having you!
