Virtual Couples Yoga 1/29

This class will take place via zoom. The link to join will be sent a few days before class to the email you provided during registration. Please check all of your folders when you are looking for the link. If you do not have a yoga mat you can practice on a comfortable surface. Your ticket will include my Couples Yoga Playlist. I will email this to you the day of class if you want to use it during the session. Be sure to read the refund and ticket policy. I look forward to practicing with you! See you then.
