In this class we will dive into the concepts of sensuality/sexuality and the impact it has on our overall well being. We will begin the class with a discussion then i will take you through a series of exercises that will allow you to connect and honor this part of yourself.

About the event
This class will be in person at Double Dutch Aerobics and live streamed so there is an option to take it virtually. We will dive into the concepts of sensuality/sexuality and the impact it has on our overall well being. We will begin the class with a 15-20 minute discussion then i will take you through a series of exercises comprised of yoga poses, dancing, meditation and breathwork that will allow you to connect and honor this part of your self. As well as use it to ehance your quality of life, boost your confidence and shift the way you see your own beauty. This class will have quite a bit of information and I'm so excited to share this with you. Please bring a yoga mat and be sure to read the ticket and refund policy! I look forward to having you.
